Jenifer L. Friedberg was graduated, with honors, from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Criminology. She earned her Bachelor's degree in three years. In 2005, Ms. Friedberg received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in early 2006.

While in law school, Ms. Friedberg served as a Teaching Assistant for the Legal Research & Writing and Appellate Advocacy classes, as well as the Treasurer of the Criminal Law Association. She also earned her status as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern through participation in the Virgil Hawkins Legal Clinic.

Following her admission to the Florida Bar, Ms. Friedberg joined a legal aid program in North Central Florida. Her practice included representing parties in family law and dependency matters.

Ms. Friedberg is a Member of the Florida Bar. She is also a Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator and has completed the training course required to become a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. Ms. Friedberg joined The Cicchetti Law Firm in January 2008 as an associate attorney and practices insurance law.
