Audra M. Bryant graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Ms. Bryant was a member of the National Collegiate Honor Society and completed the Honor's program. She was also honored numerous times by the W.E.B. Dubois Honor Society. She earned her Bachelor's degree in two years. In 2004 she received a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2005.

While in law school, Ms. Bryant served as a Florida Supreme Court certified Legal Intern for the Children's Advocacy Clinic where she practiced family law with the aim of helping battered women. Ms. Bryant was also a Black Law Student Association volunteer.

Following admission to the Florida Bar, Ms. Bryant practiced dependency law through the Florida Department of Children and Families, Child Welfare Legal Services division. While there Ms. Bryant litigated numerous Termination of Parental Rights cases and dependency cases. Later Ms. Bryant practiced insurance defense with a private law firm in Tallahassee, Florida specializing in worker's compensation.

Ms. Bryant is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar. Ms. Bryant joined The Cicchetti Law firm as an associate attorney and practices insurance law.
